Child Safety Standards Policy

At Cosmix, the safety and well-being of all individuals—especially minors—is our absolute highest priority. Cosmix is an adult platform designed strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for child exploitation, grooming, underage use, and any content that endangers minors.

Age Restriction (18+)​

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Cosmix. By accessing the App, you verify that you meet this age requirement.

• Our registration process actively restricts users from creating accounts with birth dates indicating they are under 18.
• We proactively monitor the platform to identify and immediately remove suspected underage accounts.

Zero Tolerance for Exploitation​

We do not tolerate any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child endangerment, grooming, or solicitation on our platform.

• Any accounts found sharing, promoting, or requesting such material will be immediately and permanently banned.
• We will aggressively report these activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Reporting Underage Users or Abuse​

If you suspect a user is under the age of 18, or if you encounter any behavior or content that threatens the safety of a minor, please report it to us immediately via our in-app "Report User" feature (select the "Child Safety or Exploitation" or "Underage User" reason) or by emailing our safety team at safety@cosmixpairing.com.

Our moderation team prioritizes reports involving child safety and will take immediate action to investigate and remove offending accounts.
